4 x 60-minute personalized fitness training sessions per month in your private studio. Focus on strength, cardio, and functional movement tailored to your goals.
Mindful Movement:
2 x 30-minute Yin Yoga sessions (can be added on to a fitness session or scheduled separately).
Guided Relaxation:
2 x 15-minute Guided Meditation sessions (can be added on to a fitness or yin yoga session, or scheduled as a short standalone).
Initial Consultation & Goal Setting:
A comprehensive 90-minute session to discuss your fitness history, lifestyle, well-being aspirations, and create a tailored roadmap.
Basic Nutritional Guidance:
General advice and resources to support your training and overall health.
Ongoing Support:
Email support for questions between sessions (response within 48 hours).
