I understand that participating in classes at FedFlow Studio, such as Yoga, Sound Baths, involves physical activity. While these activities are generally safe, I acknowledge that every physical activity carries some risk. I am aware that it's important to listen to my body and participate at my own pace.
Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in classes at FedFlow Studio, I voluntarily release and discharge FedFlow Studio, its owners, instructors, and staff from any claims or liabilities that may arise from my participation. This includes any injuries or discomfort I may experience - as I take personal responsibility for my well-being during classes.
Cacao Ceremony
By completing your booking and payment for this event, you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Health & Safety Acknowledgment
The Participant acknowledges that Ceremonial Grade Cacao contains theobromine and caffeine. It is a vasodilator that increases heart rate and lowers blood pressure.
By booking, you confirm that you have consulted a medical professional if you:
Take MAOI or SSRI antidepressants (cacao can cause severe headaches or serotonin syndrome in high doses).
Have a serious heart condition or high blood pressure.
Are pregnant or breastfeeding (lower doses are recommended).
Suffer from Epilepsy.
2. Assumption of Risk
You understand that the ceremony may involve physical, emotional, or spiritual experiences. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the consumption of cacao and participation in ceremony activities, including any adverse physical reactions or emotional distress.
3. Release of Liability
By booking this event, you hereby release FedFlow Studio and its facilitators from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, allergic reactions, or property damage occurring during the event.
