Dr Sandro - Clinical Psychologist and Fitness Coach- Befriending your emotions, Kettlebells for longevity, Bodyweight and bands for longevity.


Sandro (They/Them), also known as S, is a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to wellbeing, spirituality, and creativity. Passionate about fitness, they hold a black belt in traditional Karate shotokan and have competed in endurance events such as half marathons and triathlons. S is currently pursuing personal training to blend their love for fitness with their professional life.

Their spiritual journey is extensive, rooted in Christianity, Buddhism, and the exploration of various approaches. Sandro believes that the common thread in spirituality is love—encompassing all forms of connection and respect. They carry these spiritual-ethical values into every aspect of their life.

In group sessions, Sandro fosters an environment of self-awareness and mutual respect. Participants are encouraged to tune into their bodies and each other, embracing the fluidity of engagement. The goal is for everyone to work on themselves while respecting others.

With over 15 years of training and 12 years of coaching, Micah’s teaching is all about building real-world strength and mobility — the kind that makes everyday life easier and more enjoyable. He also helps clients expand their movement vocabulary, adding variety and confidence to how they move.

Inspired by the way we naturally moved as kids, Micah’s goal is to help people reconnect with those instinctive skills — either by getting them back or developing them even further.

His approach blends the rigid strength of a gymnast, the suppleness of a yogi, the integration of a dancer, and the agility of an athlete.


Esther - Bodyweight for Longevity, Kettlebells for Longevity

Esther is a personal trainer and exercise class instructor that prioritises good technique and a kind approach. She is passionate about the benefits of exercise on mental wellbeing and longevity.

She loves to see when the people she works with see a difference not only in their physical strength but in how this translates into their everyday life; Being able to carry their children without struggle, introducing a can-do attitude into everyday life and maintaining healthy habits. 

She approaches her classes like a PT session, giving time to ensure good technique, answer questions and establish an open and interactive environment. Esther’s classes are open for all levels and are LGBTQ+ friendly.
